Decreto 231/2005 INSTITUTO DE AYUDA FINANCIERA PARA PAGO DE RETIROS Y PENSIONES MILITARES PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALCese y designación de Director.Bs.As., 28/3/2005VISTO lo informado por el señor Jefe del Estado Mayor General del Ejército, lo propuesto por el señor Ministro de Defensa, y CONSIDERANDO:Que por razones de servicio resulta necesario reemplazar en sus funciones como Director del INSTITUTO DE AYUDA FINANCIERA PARA PAGO DE RETIROS Y PENSIONES MILITARES al señor General de División (R) D.Horacio MAURO (M.I.N° 4.394.613), quien fuera designado por Decreto N° 737 del 28 de marzo de 2003.Que el Ejército Argentino propone el nombramiento del señor General de División Mario Luis CHRETIEN (M.I.N° 8.215.677).Que el servicio jurídico permanente del MINISTERIO DE DEFENSA ha tomado la intervención que le compete.Que la presente medida se dicta conforme a las facultades conferidas por el artículo 8° de la Ley N° 22.919.Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1° — Cese como Director del INSTITUTO DE AYUDA FINANCIERA PARA PAGO DE RETIROS Y PENSIONES MILITARES, el General de División (R) D.Horacio MAURO (M.I.N° 4.394.613).ARTICULO 2° — Desígnase como Director del INSTITUTO DE AYUDA FINANCIERA PARA PAGO DE RETIROS Y PENSIONES MILITARES al General de División D.Mario Luis CHRETIEN (M.I.N° 8.215.677), para completar un período de Ley que finalizará el 31 de marzo de 2007.ARTICULO 3° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la DIRECCION NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— José J.B.Pampuro.
