Decreto 258/2005 MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTOPODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL Traslado de un funcionario.Bs.As., 1/4/2005VISTO el Expediente Nº 9.980/2005 del registro del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, y en uso de las facultades conferidas por el Artículo 99, inciso 7.de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Trasládase de la Embajada de la República en la REPUBLICA DE FINLANDIA al MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, al señor Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario D.Alfredo CORTI (M.I.Nº 4.446.212).ARTICULO 2º — Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se imputarán a las respectivas partidas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO para el presente ejercicio.ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Rafael A.Bielsa.
