Decreto 260/2005

MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Traslado de un funcionario.

VISTO el Expediente del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO Nº 8707/2005, atento a razones de servicio y en uso de las facultades conferidas por el Artículo 99, inciso 7, de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Trasládase de la Embajada de la República en la REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA al MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, al señor Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario D.Eduardo Alberto SADOUS (M.I.Nº 8.240.749).

ARTICULO 2º — Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se imputarán a las respectivas partidas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO para el presente ejercicio.

ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
