Decreto Nº 1061/2003  FISCALIA NACIONAL DE INVESTIGACIONES ADMINISTRATIVAS Nómbrase Fiscal Nacional.  Bs.As., 13/11/2003  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 5º de la Ley Nº 24.946 y el artículo 99,   inciso 1) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase FISCAL NACIONAL de INVESTIGACIONES ADMINISTRATIVAS, al   señor doctor Carlos Manuel GARRIDO (D.N.I.Nº 17.030.992).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Gustavo Beliz.
