Decreto 488/2005

DEFENSORIA GENERAL DE LA NACION
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Acéptase la renuncia de su titular.

Bs.As., 18/5/2005 VISTO, la renuncia presentada por el señor doctor Miguel Angel ROMERO, al cargo de DEFENSOR GENERAL DE LA NACION y las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la Constitución Nacional.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el señor doctor Miguel Angel ROMERO (Mat.N° 8.017.338), al cargo de DEFENSOR GENERAL DE LA NACION.

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
