Decreto 501/2005 JUSTICIA PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALAcéptase la renuncia del Juez de Cámara de los Tribunales Orales en lo Criminal de la Capital Federal, Tribunal Nº 16.Bs.As., 18/5/2005VISTO el expediente Nº 1090950517/05 del registro de la PRESIDENCIA DE LA NACION, y CONSIDERANDO:Que el doctor Gustavo Miguel ANADON ha presentado su renuncia a partir del 1º de junio de 2005, al cargo de JUEZ DE CAMARA DE LOS TRIBUNALES ORALES EN LO CRIMINAL DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL, TRIBUNAL Nº 16.Que es necesario proceder a su aceptación.Que el presente se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase, a partir del 1º de junio de 2005, la renuncia presentada por el doctor Gustavo Miguel ANADON (D.N.I.Nº 4.366.087) al cargo de JUEZ DE CAMARA DE LOS TRIBUNALES ORALES EN LO CRIMINAL DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL, TRIBUNAL Nº 16.ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Horacio D.Rosatti.
