Decreto 5/2005 HUESPEDES OFICIALES PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALDeclárase Huésped Oficial del Gobierno argentino al Presidente de Gobierno del Reino de España y comitiva, durante su permanencia en la República entre los días 25 y 27 de enero de 2005.Bs.As., 11/1/2005VISTO la Visita Oficial que efectuará al país el señor Presidente del Gobierno del REINO DE ESPAÑA, D.José Luis RODRIGUEZ ZAPATERO y comitiva, entre los días 25 y 27 de enero de 2005, lo aconsejado por el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, y CONSIDERANDO:Que la Declaración de Huéspedes Oficiales encuadra en las atribuciones conferidas al PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL por el artículo 99, inciso 1.de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1° — Declárase Huésped Oficial del Gobierno argentino al señor Presidente del Gobierno del REINO DE ESPAÑA, D.José Luis RODRIGUEZ ZAPATERO y comitiva, durante su permanencia en la República, entre los días 25 y 27 de enero de 2005.ARTICULO 2° — Atiéndanse con cargo al presupuesto correspondiente a la jurisdicción 35 —MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO— para el ejercicio de 2005, los gastos derivados del presente Decreto.ARTICULO 3° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— José J.B.Pampuro.
