BANCO DE LA NACION ARGENTINA
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Desígnase Director.

Bs.As., 31/1/2005
VISTO lo establecido en el artículo 12 de la Carta Orgánica del BANCO DE LA NACION ARGENTINA aprobada por la Ley Nº 21.799 y sus modificatorias.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase Director del BANCO DE LA NACION ARGENTINA, al Escribano D.Eduardo Federico CABALLERO LASCALEA (M.I.Nº 4.526.174), por el período de ley que vence el 24 de enero de 2008.

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
