JUSTICIA
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Nómbrase Juez de Cámara en el Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal Federal de Formosa.

VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL, y Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ DE CAMARA EN EL TRIBUNAL ORAL EN LO CRIMINAL FEDERAL DE FORMOSA, PROVINCIA DE FORMOSA, al señor doctor Alfredo Francisco GARCIA WENK (D.N.I.Nº 8.148.960).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
