JUSTICIA
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Nómbrase Juez de la Cámara Federal de Apelaciones de Rosario, provincia de Santa Fe.

VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL, y Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ DE LA CAMARA FEDERAL DE APELACIONES DE ROSARIO, PROVINCIA DE SANTA FE, a la señora doctora Elida Isabel VIDAL (D.N.I.Nº 16.515.481).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
