MINISTERIO DEL INTERIOR
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Acéptase la renuncia del Secretario de Seguridad Interior.

VISTO y CONSIDERANDO:

Que el Doctor D.Alberto Juan Bautista IRIBARNE ha presentado su renuncia al cargo de SECRETARIO DE SEGURIDAD INTERIOR del MINISTERIO DEL INTERIOR.

Que, en consecuencia, corresponde proceder a su aceptación.

Que la presente medida se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el
ARTICULO 99, inciso 7, de la Constitución Nacional.

Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase, la renuncia presentada por el Doctor D.Alberto Juan Bautista IRIBARNE (L.E.Nº 8.362.625) al cargo de SECRETARIO DE SEGURIDAD INTERIOR del MINISTERIO DEL INTERIOR.

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
