Decreto 904/2005 MINISTERIO DEL INTERIOR PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALAcéptase la renuncia del Secretario de Seguridad Interior.Bs.As., 26/7/2005VISTO y CONSIDERANDO:Que el Doctor D.Alberto Juan Bautista IRIBARNE ha presentado su renuncia al cargo de SECRETARIO DE SEGURIDAD INTERIOR del MINISTERIO DEL INTERIOR.Que, en consecuencia, corresponde proceder a su aceptación.Que la presente medida se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por elARTICULO 99, inciso 7, de la Constitución Nacional.Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase, la renuncia presentada por el Doctor D.Alberto Juan Bautista IRIBARNE (L.E.Nº 8.362.625) al cargo de SECRETARIO DE SEGURIDAD INTERIOR del MINISTERIO DEL INTERIOR.ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Aníbal D.Fernández.
