Decreto Nº 1154/2003  CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA DE LA NACION Acéptase la renuncia de un Juez.  Bs.As., 1/12/2003  VISTO y CONSIDERANDO:  Que el Doctor D.Guillermo Alberto Fernando LOPEZ ha presentado su renuncia al   cargo de JUEZ DE LA CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA DE LA NACION.  Que, en consecuencia, corresponde proceder a su aceptación.  Que la presente medida se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el   artículo 99, inciso 4, de la Constitución Nacional.  Por ello,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el Doctor D.Guillermo Alberto   Fernando LOPEZ (L.E.N° 4.335.039) al cargo de JUEZ DE LA CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA   DE LA NACION.  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Gustavo O.Beliz.
