Decreto 938/2005 MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALDesígnase Director Nacional de Ceremonial.Bs.As., 4/8/2005VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la Constitución Nacional y el Expediente Nº 19.499/2005 del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase Director Nacional de Ceremonial al señor Ministro Plenipotenciario de Segunda Clase D.Marcelo Joaquín PUJO (M.I.Nº 10.133.463).ARTICULO 2º — Asígnase al señor Ministro Plenipotenciario de Segunda Clase D.Marcelo Joaquín PUJO rango de Ministro Plenipotenciario de Primera Clase al solo efecto protocolar mientras desempeñe las funciones enunciadas en el artículo precedente en la Dirección Nacional de Ceremonial.ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Alberto A.Fernández.— Rafael A.Bielsa.
