Decreto Nº 1156/2003  PERSONAL MILITAR   Estado Mayor General del Ejército.  Promoción.  Bs.As., 1/12/2003  VISTO Y CONSIDERANDO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION,   lo determinado en los Artículos 45 y 49 Inciso 2.de la Ley 19.101 – LEY PARA   EL PERSONAL MILITAR y en uso de las facultades que le acuerda el Artículo 99,   Inciso 13 de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello,  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Promuévese al grado inmediato superior, con fecha 6 de junio de   2003, al General de División D.Roberto Fernando BENDINI (DNI 7.762.496).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la DIRECCION NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO   OFICIAL y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— José J.B.Pampuro.
