Decreto 997/2005 MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALTraslado de un funcionario.Bs.As., 22/8/2005 Atento razones de servicio, y en uso de las facultades conferidas por el Artículo 99, inciso 7.de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1° — Trasládase de la Embajada de la República en el REINO DE NORUEGA al MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, al señor Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario D.Orlando Rubén REBAGLIATI (M.I.N° 4.398.283).ARTICULO 2° — Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se imputarán a las respectivas partidas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO para el presente ejercicio.ARTICULO 3° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Rafael A.Bielsa.
