Decreto Nº 1165/2003  JUSTICIA   Acéptase la renuncia del titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia en lo Civil   Nº 53 de la Capital Federal.  Bs.As., 1/12/2003  VISTO el expediente Nº 140.502/03 del registro del MINISTERIO DE JUSTICIA, SEGURIDAD   Y DERECHOS HUMANOS, y   CONSIDERANDO:  Que el señor Alejandro Mario SARAVIA ha presentado su renuncia a partir del   1º de enero de 2004, al cargo de JUEZ NACIONAL DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL   DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL, JUZGADO Nº 53.  Que es necesario proceder a su aceptación.  Que el presente se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo   99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase, a partir del 1º de enero de 2004, la renuncia presentada   por el señor doctor Alejandro Mario SARAVIA (Mat. Nº 5.495.267), al cargo de   JUEZ NACIONAL DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL, JUZGADO   Nº 53.  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Gustavo Beliz.
