DEFENSORIA GENERAL DE LA NACION
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Nómbrase Defensor Auxiliar.

VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 5º de la Ley Nº 24.946 y el artículo 99, inciso 1) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase DEFENSOR AUXILIAR de la DEFENSORIA GENERAL de la NACION, al señor doctor Leonardo David MIÑO (D.N.I.Nº 18.116.503).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
