Decreto 1103/2004 MINISTERIO PUBLICO PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALNómbrase Fiscal de la Fiscalía General ante los Tribunales Orales en lo Criminal de la Capital Federal.Bs.As., 26/8/2004VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 5º de la Ley Nº 24.946 y el artículo 99, inciso 1) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase FISCAL de la FISCALIA GENERAL ante los TRIBUNALES ORALES en lo CRIMINAL de la CAPITAL FEDERAL, al señor doctor Guillermo Enrique FRIELE (D.N.I.Nº 16.124.768).ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Horacio D.Rosatti.
