Decreto 1105/2004 MINISTERIO PUBLICO PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALNómbrase Fiscal ante los Juzgados Nacionales de Primera Instancia en lo Correccional de la Capital Federal, Fiscalía Nº 12.Bs.As., 26/8/2004VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 5º de la Ley Nº 24.946 y el artículo 99, inciso 1) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase FISCAL ante los JUZGADOS NACIONALES DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA en lo CORRECCIONAL de la CAPITAL FEDERAL, (Fiscalía Nº 12), al señor doctor Carlos Eduardo GAMALLO (D.N.I.Nº 13.735.402).ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Horacio D.Rosatti.
