JUSTICIA
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Nómbrase Juez de Cámara en el Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal Federal de Paraná, Provincia de Entre Ríos.

VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ de CAMARA en el TRIBUNAL ORAL en lo CRIMINAL FEDERAL de PARANA, Provincia de Entre Ríos, al señor doctor Roberto Manuel LOPEZ ARANGO (D.N.I.Nº 8.399.848).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
