JUSTICIA
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Nómbrase titular del Juzgado Federal de Primera Instancia de Necochea.

VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ FEDERAL a cargo del JUZGADO FEDERAL de PRIMERA INSTANCIA de NECOCHEA, Provincia de Buenos Aires, a la señora doctora Beatriz Elena TORTEROLA (D.N.I.Nº 4.879.109).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
