JUSTICIA
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Nómbrase Jueza de la Cámara Nacional de Apelaciones en lo Civil y Comercial Federal, Sala III.

VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ de la CAMARA NACIONAL de APELACIONES en lo CIVIL y COMERCIAL FEDERAL —SALA III—, a la señora doctora Graciela MEDINA (D.N.I.Nº 12.294.871).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
