Decreto 1139/2004 PRESIDENCIA DE LA NACION PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALDesígnase Asesor Presidencial.Bs.As., 31/8/2004VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la CONSTITUCION DE LA NACION ARGENTINA.EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase Asesor Presidencial con rango y jerarquía de Subsecretario, al señor Don Julio Rubén LEDESMA (D.N.I.Nº 12.227.487).ARTICULO 2º — El funcionario designado tendrá la función de coordinar con el señor Secretario General de la Presidencia de la Nación, la atención de requerimientos de carácter social efectuados por Organizaciones No Gubernamentales, resolviéndolos o derivándolos a los organismos que correspondan.ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Alberto A.Fernández.— Aníbal D.Fernández.
