Decreto 115/2004 SUPERINTENDENCIA DE ADMINISTRADORAS DE FONDOS DE JUBILACIONES   Y PENSIONES Desígnase Superintendente.  Bs.As., 22/1/2004VISTO la Ley N° 24.241 y sus modificatorias,   y CONSIDERANDO:  Que el artículo 121 de la Ley citada en el VISTO determina que la SUPERINTENDENCIA   DE ADMINISTRADORAS DE FONDOS DE JUBILACIONES Y PENSIONES, estará a cargo de   un funcionario designado por el PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL con el título de SUPERINTENDENTE   DE ADMINISTRADORAS DE FONDOS DE JUBILACIONES Y PENSIONES.  Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1° — Desígnase SUPERINTENDENTE DE ADMINISTRADORAS DE FONDOS DE JUBILACIONES   Y PENSIONES al Doctor D.Juan Horacio GONZALEZ (D.N.I.N° 10.350.481).  ARTICULO 2° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Alberto A.Fernández.— Carlos A.Tomada.
