SINDICATURA GENERAL DE LA NACION
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Acéptase la renuncia de su titular.

VISTO la renuncia presentada por el Licenciado D.

Miguel Angel PESCE al cargo de SINDICO GENERAL DE LA NACION y las atribuciones acordadas por el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase, a partir del 23 de septiembre de 2004, la renuncia presentada por el Licenciado D.Miguel Angel PESCE (D.N.I.N° 16.395.265), al cargo de SINDICO GENERAL DE LA NACION.

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
