Decreto 1247/2004 BANCO DE LA NACION ARGENTINA PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALDesígnase Vicepresidente.Bs.As., 18/9/2004VISTO lo establecido en el artículo 10 de la Carta Orgánica del BANCO DE LA NACION ARGENTINA aprobada por la Ley Nº 21.799 y sus modificatorias.EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase Vicepresidente del BANCO DE LA NACION ARGENTINA al Doctor D.Oscar Pedro Ernesto FERRARI (M.I.Nº 10.134.032), por un período de ley que vence el 21 de diciembre de 2007, a partir del 23 de setiembre de 2004.ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Roberto Lavagna.
