Decreto 1349/2004 MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALTraslado de un funcionario.Bs.As., 4/10/2004 Atento a razones de servicio y en uso de las facultades conferidas por el Artículo 99, inciso 7.de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Trasládase de la Misión Permanente de la República ante los ORGANISMOS INTERNACIONALES EN GINEBRA al MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO al señor Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario D.Alfredo Vicente CHIARADIA (M.I.Nº 4.449.414).ARTICULO 2º — Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se imputarán a las respectivas partidas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO para el presente ejercicio.ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Rafael A.Bielsa.
