Decreto 1369/2004

JUSTICIA
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Nómbrase Juez Nacional de Primera Instancia en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal Nº 7 de la Capital Federal.

VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ NACIONAL DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CRIMINAL Y CORRECCIONAL FEDERAL Nº 7 de la CAPITAL FEDERAL, al señor doctor Guillermo Tristán MONTENEGRO (D.N.I.Nº 16.156.529).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
