Decreto 1371/2004 JUSTICIA PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALDase por aceptada la renuncia del Juez de Cámara de los Tribunales Orales en lo Criminal de la Capital Federal, Tribunal Nº 7.Bs.As., 7/10/2004VISTO el expediente Nº 143.756/04 del registro del MINISTERIO DE JUSTICIA Y DERECHOS HUMANOS, y CONSIDERANDO:Que el doctor Juan Carlos URSI ha presentado su renuncia a partir del 1º de octubre de 2004, al cargo de JUEZ DE CAMARA DE LOS TRIBUNALES ORALES EN LO CRIMINAL DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL, TRIBUNAL Nº 7.Que es necesario proceder a su aceptación.Que el presente se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Dase por aceptada, a partir del 1º de octubre de 2004, la renuncia presentada por el doctor Juan Carlos URSI (D.N.I.Nº 4.740.498), al cargo de JUEZ DE CAMARA DE LOS TRIBUNALES ORALES EN LO CRIMINAL DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL, TRIBUNAL Nº 7.ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Horacio D.Rosatti.
