Decreto 1610/2004 HUESPEDES OFICIALES PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALDeclárase Huésped Oficial del Gobierno argentino al Presidente de la República Socialista de Vietnam durante su permanencia en el país, los días 21 a 23 de noviembre de 2004.Bs.As., 17/11/2004VISTO la Visita Oficial que efectuará al país el señor Presidente de la REPUBLICA SOCIALISTA DE VIETNAM, D.Tran Duc Luong y comitiva, los días 21 a 23 de noviembre de 2004, lo aconsejado por el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, y CONSIDERANDO:Que la Declaración de Huéspedes Oficiales encuadra en las atribuciones conferidas al PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL por el artículo 99, inciso 1.de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Declárase Huésped Oficial del Gobierno argentino al señor Presidente de la REPUBLICA SOCIALISTA DE VIETNAM, D.Tran Duc Luong, durante su permanencia en la República, los días 21 a 23 de noviembre de 2004.ARTICULO 2º — Atiéndanse con cargo al presupuesto correspondiente a la jurisdicción 35 —MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO— para el ejercicio de 2004, los gastos derivados del presente Decreto.ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Rafael A.Bielsa.
