JUSTICIA
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Nómbrase Juez del juzgado Federal de Primera Instancia Nº 1 de Rosario, Provincia de Santa Fe.

Bs.As., 22/12/2004
VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1° — Nómbrase JUEZ del JUZGADO FEDERAL DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA N° 1 de ROSARIO, PROVINCIA DE SANTA FE, al señor doctor Héctor Alberto ZUCCHI (L.E.N° 7.600.960).

ARTICULO 2° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
