Decreto 1985/2004 MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALDesígnase Jefe de Gabinete del Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Comercio Internacional y Culto.Bs.As., 29/12/2004VISTO lo propuesto por el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO y en virtud de las facultades conferidas por el Artículo 99, inciso 1.de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1° — Desígnase Jefe de Gabinete del señor Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Comercio Internacional y Culto con rango de Secretario de Estado, al señor D.Aníbal Gabriel GUTIERREZ (M.I.18.337.687).ARTICULO 2° — Asígnase la categoría de Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario, al solo efecto del rango protocolar, conforme lo establece el Artículo 6° de la Ley del Servicio Exterior de la Nación N° 20.957, al señor D.Aníbal Gabriel GUTIERREZ, mientras dure el desempeño de sus funciones como Jefe de Gabinete del señor Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Comercio Internacional y Culto.ARTICULO 3° — Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se imputarán a las partidas específicas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.ARTICULO 4° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER – Alberto A.Fernández – Rafael A.Bielsa.
