BANCO DE LA NACION ARGENTINA

Desígnase Director.

Bs.As., 16/12/2003

VISTO lo establecido en el artículo 12 de la Carta Orgánica del BANCO DE LA NACION ARGENTINA aprobada por la Ley Nº 21.799 y sus modificatorias.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase Director del BANCO DE LA NACION ARGENTINA, al Doctor D.Rubén León GUILLEN (M.I.Nº 12.084.478), por un período de ley que vence el 21 de diciembre de 2007.

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Roberto Lavagna.
