Decreto Nº 202/2004 JUSTICIA   Acéptase la renuncia de un Juez de la Cámara Federal de Apelaciones de Salta.  Bs.As., 19/2/2004  VISTO el expediente Nº 139.519/2003 del registro del MINISTERIO DE JUSTICIA,   SEGURIDAD Y DERECHOS HUMANOS, y   CONSIDERANDO:  Que el señor doctor Ricardo LONA ha presentado su renuncia al cargo de JUEZ   DE LA CAMARA FEDERAL DE APELACIONES DE SALTA.  Que es necesario proceder a su aceptación.  Que el presente se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo   99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el señor doctor Ricardo LONA   (L.E.Nº 7.240.793), al cargo de JUEZ DE LA CAMARA FEDERAL DE APELACIONES DE   SALTA.  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Gustavo O.Beliz.
