Decreto Nº 209/2004

BANCO DE LA NACION ARGENTINA

Desígnase Director.

Bs.As., 19/2/2004

VISTO lo establecido en el artículo 12 de la Carta Orgánica del BANCO DE LA NACION ARGENTINA aprobada por la Ley Nº 21.799 y sus modificatorias.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase Director del BANCO DE LA NACION ARGENTINA por un período de ley, a partir de la fecha del presente decreto, al Contador D.Waldo José María FARIAS (M.I.Nº 12.745.011).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Roberto Lavagna.
