PROCURACION GENERAL DE LA NACION

Acéptase la renuncia del titular.

VISTO la renuncia presentada por el Doctor D.Nicolás Eduardo BECERRA al cargo de PROCURADOR GENERAL DE LA NACION y las disposiciones del artículo 5º de la Ley Nº 24.946.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el Doctor D.Nicolás Eduardo BECERRA (M.I.Nº 6.900.468) al cargo de PROCURADOR GENERAL DE LA NACION.

ARTICULO 2º Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. KIRCHNER. Gustavo O.Beliz.
