Decreto Nº 27/2004 INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE ASOCIATIVISMO Y ECONOMIA SOCIAL   Desígnase Presidente.  Bs.As., 8/1/2004  VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1° — Desígnase, a partir del 23 de diciembre de 2003, en el cargo de   Presidente del INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE ASOCIATIVISMO Y ECONOMIA SOCIAL dependiente   del MINISTERIO DE DESARROLLO SOCIAL, al contador Mario Cesar ELGUE (D.N.I.Nº   4.994.417).  ARTICULO 2° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Alicia M.Kirchner.
