Bs.As., 15/3/2004 VISTO lo propuesto por el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, y  CONSIDERANDO: Que oportunamente el Gobierno de JAPON concedió el placet de estilo al señor D. Daniel Adán DZIEWEZO POLSKI, para su designación como Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario de la República en dicho país. Que el PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL se halla facultado para disponer en la materia, de acuerdo con las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 7., de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL. Por ello,  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA: ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario de la República en JAPON al señor Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario D.Daniel Adán DZIEWEZO POLSKI (M.I.Nº 8.389.503). ARTICULO 2° — Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se imputarán a las partidas específicas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.
