Decreto Nº 324/2004 MINISTERIO DE DESARROLLO SOCIAL   Desígnase Presidente de la Comisión Nacional de Pensiones Asistenciales.  Bs.As., 17/3/2004  VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL, EL PRESIDENTE DE   LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1° — Desígnase, a partir del 1º de marzo de 2004, en el cargo de Presidente   de la COMISION NACIONAL DE PENSIONES ASISTENCIALES, organismo desconcentrado,   que funciona en el ámbito del MINISTERIO DE DESARROLLO SOCIAL, a la Sra.Viviana   Graciela PEÑA, (D.N.I.N° 13.621.313).  ARTICULO 2° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Alberto A.Fernández.— Alicia M.Kirchner.
