Decreto 345/2004

INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE ASUNTOS INDIGENAS
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Dase por designado Presidente del citado Instituto, organismo descentralizado del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social.

VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL y el artículo 5 de la Ley Nº 23.302.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Dase por designado, a partir del 13 de febrero del 2004, en el cargo de Presidente del INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE ASUNTOS INDIGENAS, organismo descentralizado del MINISTERIO DE DESARROLLO SOCIAL, al Dr.Jorge Oscar RODRIGUEZ (D.N.I.Nº 18.218.973).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
