 Decreto 392/2004 INTERVENCIONES PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALDesígnase Interventor Federal en la Provincia de Santiago del Estero Bs.As., 1/4/2004VISTO la Ley N° 25.881, y CONSIDERANDO:Que por la Ley citada en el VISTO se dispuso declarar intervenida la Provincia de SANTIAGO DEL ESTERO, a fin de garantizar la forma republicana de gobierno, la normalización y el pleno funcionamiento de los Poderes Provinciales.Que la presente medida se dicta en ejercicio de las facultades conferidas por la Ley N° 25.881.Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase Interventor Federal en la Provincia de SANTIAGO DEL ESTERO al Doctor D.Pablo Jorge LANUSSE (D.N.I.N° 17.902.901).ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. -KIRCHNER – Alberto A.
