Decreto Nº 3/2004 INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE SERVICIOS SOCIALES PARA JUBILADOS Y PENSIONADOS   Desígnanse Director y Subdirector Ejecutivo del mencionado Instituto.  Bs.As., 6/1/2004  VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la Constitución Nacional.  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase Director Ejecutivo del INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE SERVICIOS   SOCIALES PARA JUBILADOS Y PENSIONADOS, a la señora María Graciela OCAÑA (D.N.I.N°   14.184.382).  ARTICULO 2° — Desígnase Subdirector Ejecutivo del INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE SERVICIOS   SOCIALES PARA JUBILADOS Y PENSIONADOS, al doctor D.  José Ramón GRANERO (L.E.N° 7.827.363).  ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Ginés M.González García.
