 Decreto Nº 413/2004  MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO   INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO   Traslado de un funcionario.  Bs.As., 6/4/2004   Atento a razones de servicio y en uso de las facultades conferidas por el artículo   99, inciso 7, de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Trasládase de la Embajada de la República en NUEVA ZELANDIA al   MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, al señor   Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario D.Enrique Julio DE LA TORRE (M.I.Nº   4.514.608).  ARTICULO 2º — Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se   imputarán a las respectivas partidas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES   EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.  ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Rafael A.Bielsa.
