Decreto Nº 431/2004 PERSONAL MILITAR   Desígnase Director de Planeamiento de la Secretaría General del Ejército.  Bs.As., 6/4/2004  VISTO lo informado por el señor Jefe del ESTADO MAYOR GENERAL DEL EJERCITO,   lo propuesto por el señor Ministro de Defensa, y   CONSIDERANDO:  Que resulta necesario designar a un Oficial Superior en la Fuerza Ejército.  Que corresponde al PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL el dictado de la medida de que se   trata, en virtud de lo establecido en el Artículo 99, Inciso 12, de la CONSTITUCION   NACIONAL.  Por ello,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase:EN LA DIRECCION DE PLANEAMIENTO Director:General de   Brigada D.Jorge Alberto TERESO (M.I.Nº 7.869.265) de la Secretaría General del   Ejército.  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— José J.B.Pampuro.
