EMERGENCIA PUBLICA Ley 26.339 Prorrógase hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2008 la vigencia de la Ley Nº 26.204. Sancionada: Diciembre 12 de 2007 Promulgada de Hecho: Enero 3 de 2008 El Senado y Cámara de Diputadosde la Nación Argentinareunidos en Congreso, etc.sancionan con fuerza deLey: ARTICULO 1º — Prorrógase hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2008 la vigencia de la Ley Nº 26.204. ARTICULO 2º — La presente ley entrará en vigencia a partir del 1º de enero de 2008. ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
