PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL Ley 26.461 Autorízase a la Señora Presidenta de la Nación para ausentarse del País durante el año 2009. Sancionada: Diciembre 10 de 2008 Promulgada: Diciembre 15 de 2008 El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley: ARTICULO 1º — Acuérdase autorización a la señora Presidenta de la Nación para ausentarse del país durante el año 2009, cuando razones de Gobierno así lo requieran. ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo. DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO, EN BUENOS AIRES, A LOS DIEZ DIAS DEL MES DE DICIEMBRE DEL AÑO DOS MIL OCHO. — REGISTRADA BAJO EL Nº 26.461 — JOSE J. B. PAMPURO. — EDUARDO A.
