EMERGENCIA PUBLICA Ley 26.456 Prorrógase hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2009 la vigencia de la Ley Nº 26.204. Sancionada: Diciembre 10 de 2008 Promulgada: Diciembre 10 de 2008 El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley: ARTICULO 1º — Prorrógase hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2009 la vigencia de la Ley 26.204, prorrogada por su similar 26.339. ARTICULO 2º — La presente ley entrará en vigencia a partir del 1º de enero de 2009. ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
