PROCURACION GENERAL DE LA NACION

Nómbrase Procurador General de la Nación.

VISTO el Artículo 5º de la Ley Nº 24.946 y el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION.

Por ello,

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º Nómbrase PROCURADOR GENERAL DE LA NACION al señor doctor D.Esteban Justo Antonio RIGHI (D.N.I.Nº 4.286.293).

ARTICULO 2º Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. KIRCHNER. Gustavo Béliz.
