Decreto Nº 775/2004 MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO   Promociones.  Bs.As., 22/6/2004  VISTO lo propuesto por el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL   Y CULTO, los Acuerdos prestados por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y lo dispuesto   por el Artículo 99, Inciso 7.de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Promuévese en el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO   INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, a funcionario de la categoría “B”, Ministro Plenipotenciario   de Primera Clase, a los siguientes funcionarios de la categoría “C”, Ministro   Plenipotenciario de Segunda Clase:D.Ernesto Santiago MARTINEZ GONDRA (M.I.Nº   7.851.240), Da.Catalina Adelaida SANTALESA (M.I.Nº 5.889.209), D.Javier Augusto   SANZ de URQUIZA (M.I.7.613.894), D.Arturo Jaime HOTTON RISLER (M.I.N° 4.739.938)   y Da.Nora Beatriz BORJA (M.I.11.272.039)  ARTICULO 2º — Las promociones dispuestas en el orden establecido en el artículo   precedente, deben considerarse a los efectos de la antigüedad a partir del 1°   de enero de 2004.  ARTICULO 3º — El gasto que demande el cumplimiento del presente decreto se imputará   a las partidas específicas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES,   COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.  ARTICULO 4º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Rafael A.Bielsa.
